Five Star Foods Inc. is hiring a Production Manager to oversee daily operations at our food production facility. The successful candidate will lead the team, manage schedules, keep track of materials and machines, and make sure everything runs efficiently and safely.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: $51.43 per hour

Education: College diploma (CEGEP or equivalent)
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar production or supervisory role
Responsibilities:
· Develop production schedules and assign duties to meet operational goals
· Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages
· Plan and implement equipment maintenance schedules and recommend replacements when necessary
· Supervise quality control processes to ensure product standards
· Hire, train, and supervise production staff, including new equipment or procedure orientation
· Identify and implement improvements in machinery, workflow, and production methods
· Prepare and manage the department’s operating budget
· Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
