Overview:
Triple R Supply Chain Ltd. is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Office Supervisor to supervise administrative operations and support our dispatch and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will be experienced in office supervision, particularly within the transportation or logistics industry, and capable of leading a small team with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise & coordinate the work of office staff and administrative functions and general office duties related to transport operations
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and implement work schedules and office procedures; coordinate workflow with dispatch, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Prepare reports, manage office records, and maintain compliance with transport regulations
Liaise with dispatch, fleet and management teams to ensure clear communication
Address and resolve administrative issues or workflow challenges; prepare and submit routine progress updates and operational reports to management.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Train new administrative staff and evaluate performance
Ensure adherence to company procedures and health & safety protocols
Education Requirements:

Completion of secondary school is mandatory.
Completion of a college program in the relevant area supervised is an asset.
Experience in the relevant occupation is an asset.
